RECIPE: JAMAICAN ROCK BUNS
                                                                                              Jamaican Rock Buns, also known
as Rock Cakes, are tasty and 
easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

• 125 sugar
• 115 grams raisins
• 225 grams flour
• 85 grams butter
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• nutmeg and cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. First of all, put the butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
2. Then, add the  beaten egg and vanilla.
3. Next, add the flour, baking powder, raisins, and spices. Stir the mixture.
4. After that, make little balls and place them in a baking tin.
5. Finally, bake at 170º C until it is done. Leave the buns to cool.
